“Heart Connections" Saturday, August 5th at Our Savior’s Lutheran (4011 Ohio St). This congregational spiritual retreat will be a rich time together with sessions to help explore how we can grow in tending our spirit, our immediate community spirit, and the spirit of our neighborhood both local and global as well. Sessions will include: Getting to the Heart of the Matter, Heart to Hearts Part 1 and Heart to Hearts Part 2. As we move through the day we will share in getting to know one another better, worship, and explore ways to wake up to and notice God, personally, and through reaching across to one another and out to those beyond our doors in more intentional ways. Through scripture, poetry, music, and simple activities, come explore the many layers of the Heart Connections theme.
